The Metro Course this year will be held virtually on 3 consecutive Wednesday Nights!
Course Dates are:
Oct 20: NGJA Testing Requirements, General Rules Overview, Floor and High Bar
Oct 27: Pommel Horse and Vault
Nov 3rd: Rings and Parallel Bars
All sessions will be from 7pm to -9 pm (ish) Eastern Time
