Evaluating Spindles on the Pommel Horse

1. All circling skills must start and finish in front support.
2. A full 360° Spindle in 1 or 2 circles = D
Because of the rule in the current code which requires the judge to begin counting skills in front support and finish in front support, the evaluation of a complete 360° spindle is somewhat different than in the last code. This video will help you learn how to properly count Spindles.
