
NGJA HB Course Video Update

This video is an update of "HB Grip Changes - part 2" on the NGJA Course Video
In addition to the grip change issues of November, this video now incorporates examples of the new dorsal hang rules and the new evaluation for grip variations of the same skills.
After the USAG June Qualifier - the El Grip giant and the Inverted Giant will both receive B value and be considered to be in the same box.

| "Technical requirement for Russian giant swing, page 130, Element Group IV #15 – The Russian giant swing must be executed in rearway hang during the giant swing in order to be recognized as C value. If it is executed only with momentary handstand inlocation and/or piked body position it will be recognized as a normal el grip giant swing, with same number (box) and difficulty value as the normal el grip giant swing. To be recognized, both of them must fill up 360°, from handstand to handstand." |

HB Grip Changes - part 2-v103 - updated This is an updated version of the HB Grip changes video that was on the NGJA Course Video in November 2006. It now includes examples of implementation of the material in Newsletter 21.
